I have removed the auto-approve feature for submissions.
We were getting a lot of random work not related to a comic/graphic novel or story characters.
The submissions will be monitored more closely now as to not clutter your inboxes

Creature Comics is a deviantart community devoted to comics and graphic novels that revolve around non-human characters.
That does not mean that a comic cannot have any humans in it, it simply means that the meat of the comic is about something other than humans, or nearly human beings, such as elves.
Permitted subjects include:- Animal comics, comics that are about any kind of animal, earthly or not.
- Anthropomorphised animals, aka anthros, or furries, were-beasts, otherkin, etc etc.
- Strange creatures/made-up species, they do not have to be animals.
- Dragons/gryphons, fantasy creatures as long as they don't look too similar to humans.
- Spirit beings/supernatural beings, so long as they take non-human forms.
- Aliens, robotic creatures, etc.
PLEASE ONLY THREE SUBMISSIONS PER DAY If you want your comic listed on the main page add a comment to this journal with the title of your comic, and a link to the first page.
